Practice Philosophy 

We believe in these three core values. We want you to receive the quality medical care you want and deserve.  

1. Care: When you are seen as a patient at Song Dermatology, we want you to feel like you have received excellent medical care. We believe that starts the moment you make a phone call to the office or book an appointment online. Our goal is for you to say "that is the best care I have ever received at a doctor's office before". That's when we will know we have done our job correctly. 

2. Communication: Have you ever felt like you never got a phone call from the doctor's office that you were expecting to receive? Or you were told the office would contact you with test results but never received a phone call back? Or perhaps you left a voice message with the nurse, but never actually received a return call? At Song Dermatology, we don't want any of our patients to feel that way. We truly value communication and prompt response. We strive to call back with test or biopsy results the same day we receive them. We strive to return all voice messages by the end of the day at the latest. Our goal is clear communication so you never feel like you were lost in translation. 

3. Commitment: Most importantly, we are committed to taking care of you!  All of our team members are here because we truly love what we do. We will go the extra mile to provide you with outstanding service. That is our commitment to you.
